Consulting

Facilitating and Assessing

Sustainable Island Development

I'm an alum of the Pacific Islands Development Program of the East-West Center in Honolulu and have consulted for development projects throughout the Pacific.

I directed the Customary Law Project for the Law Reform Commission of Papua New Guinea, reconciling introduced law with customary law. Working with the Enga Law and Order Project in Papua New Guinea, I helped devise ways to control tribal fighting and expedite regional development in Enga Province. I've consulted widely in the fields of legal development, agricultural innovation, local ecological knowledge, and educational development. With a degree in mathematics, I have expertise in both quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and report writing.
